HOW DO I....Obtain Repeat Prescriptions?
You can use this
site to request
repeat prescriptions online.
If you are on long-term medication,
you will be given a computerised re-ordering slip (the tear-off right hand side
of your prescription). This allows you to re-order repeat medication without seeing
the doctor every time, although this will be required from time to time.
The
repeat prescription slip can be handed into the surgery - giving 48 hours' notice
and ticking the items required.
Telephone requests can be accepted on 657513 only. It is advisable to have the
repeat prescription slip by you when telephoning. This service is available between
11.00am and 3.00pm each weekday.
Alternatively, you can post the slip to us,
having ticked the items required and enclosing a stamped, addressed envelope.
We will then post your prescription back to you.
